Welcome to raa888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and raa888 ("raa888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the raa888 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on raa888, depositing funds, placing bets, accessing any promotional offer, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and raa888. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on raa888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. raa888 operates a strict 21+ policy for all gaming and betting activities.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity, capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a self-excluded player, nor have a previously terminated Account on raa888 due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, employer, or organisation.
• You must not be registered or acting in any capacity as a professional gambler where such registration creates conflicts under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date, and that you will update such information promptly if it changes.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the raa888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. False or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. raa888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify raa888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. raa888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

raa888 operates a KYC procedure in accordance with its internal compliance framework. You may be required to provide certified copies of the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary by raa888's compliance team:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e-wallet screenshot, bank statement, or card documentation)
• Source of funds declaration where the total lifetime deposit exceeds applicable thresholds

raa888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks), 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash top-up, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Indicative limits are published on the Deposit page of the Platform and are subject to change. raa888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for deposits that, individually or cumulatively, exceed internal thresholds.

5.2 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly in most circumstances. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically reflected within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following 15–30 minutes of blockchain confirmation time and are converted to MYR at the live exchange rate at the point of crediting. Cash deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ are processed within 15–30 minutes.

5.3 Declined Deposits

raa888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, raa888 will make reasonable efforts to return the funds to the originating payment instrument.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. raa888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Processing Times

raa888 targets the following indicative processing times, which are subject to compliance review and payment network conditions: e-wallet withdrawals within 10–30 minutes; FPX bank transfers within 30–60 minutes during banking operating hours; USDT TRC20 within 30–60 minutes following platform approval. These are target processing windows, not guaranteed service level commitments.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• raa888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will be declined and the Account suspended where raa888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is published on the Withdrawal page of the Platform.
• raa888 reserves the right to stage large withdrawal amounts across multiple payment cycles where required by payment network limits.

raa888 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered account holder only. Sharing bonuses, transferring bonus balances, or exploiting promotions through coordinated play across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• raa888 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a Player withdraws real-money funds while bonus funds with an active wagering requirement are present in the Account, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• raa888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., ×15 means the player must wager fifteen times the bonus value). Not all games contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the expiry window stated in the promotion terms, after which uncleared bonus funds are forfeited.

All bets and game rounds on raa888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or game round is only accepted and confirmed once the Platform has acknowledged it and it is reflected in the Account transaction history. raa888 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where technical malfunction has affected the integrity of a round.

8.2 Game Integrity

All casino and slot games available on the raa888 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied and audited by the respective licensed game studio. raa888 does not alter game outcomes. Advertised RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session returns.

8.3 Sports Betting

Live odds for football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UEFA competitions), basketball, badminton, e-sports, and other markets are updated in real time and subject to change without notice. raa888 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where an event is affected by irregular circumstances including but not limited to match abandonment, postponement, or integrity concerns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raa888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own details or using falsified or third-party identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including exploitation of promotional terms through systematic hedging, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, where you are legally prohibited from doing so.
• Providing false or misleading identity information, including the use of another person's identity, documents, or payment instruments.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the Platform or any of its component systems.

raa888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where raa888 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, the prohibited conduct described in Section 9, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or chargebacks initiated against raa888 by the Player's bank or payment provider.

10.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, raa888 will conduct a review of the Account's activity. Where the termination arises from a breach of these Terms, raa888 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part. Where the termination is initiated by the Player without any breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of the KYC process.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting raa888 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a separate procedure under the Responsible Gambling framework described in Section 11 and are not equivalent to a standard account closure request.

raa888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all of which are accessible from within the Player Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum continuous session durations, after which the Platform will prompt the player to take a break.
• Reality Check Reminders: Automatic on-screen notifications can be configured to display at set intervals, showing cumulative session losses and duration.
• Cool-Down Period: A temporary suspension of Account access for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-excluded players will not receive any promotional communications from raa888.

raa888 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account permanently closed and their balance forfeited in accordance with our underage gambling prevention procedures.

All content available on the raa888 Platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, game assets, promotional materials, text content, and the raa888 brand identity (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of raa888 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without the prior written consent of raa888.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law. raa888 actively monitors for and enforces against unauthorised reproduction of its brand assets and game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raa888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond raa888's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from incorrect bet placement, misreading of odds, or failure to withdraw funds before a promotion expires.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Financial losses associated with the outcome of games or bets, which are inherently subject to the element of chance.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

raa888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, raa888 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting adjustments) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version in force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raa888 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and raa888 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact raa888's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. raa888 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 28 days of the initial written complaint being received.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as selected by raa888. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
